I’ve tried a lot of eye masks to sleep. I want light blocking but be not pressure on my face or eyes. I also get my lashes done with lash lift and a lot of masks crush my lashes. These are so comfortable and no pressure on my face or eyes or lashes. I would 10/10 recommend these. I’ve rebought a few times so I always have one for travel and my own home

I often choose to read if I wake in the middle of the night and can't fall asleep right away. The red light book light allows me to read without the overstimulation of traditional book lights. I feel I can get back to sleep faster.
The Super Max Red Light Therapy Device Is a very nice design and well built. I've been using it for the past 3 weeks at 5 times a week. While I can't say that I see specific improvement yet, it appears to be working as advertised. The penetrating warmth of the Red Light is clearly noticeable. The NIF light seems to help reduce the discomfort in my shoulder.
I love this light. I have it in 3 places in my house and it helps me have automatic red light during the night in the bedroom and bathroom. Perfect colour and intensity.
I am only giving it a three as a neutral score because it is too early to say.
I like the feel of the toothbrush and hopefully will start to see some improvement in my gums.

I really love these glasses. Ì wear them everyday to block out blue light. Ì find them very relaxing and comfortable. Ì highly recommend them.
I try to use the Mat Max every day for about one hour. I lay down on it on my back (and sometimes on my stomach), I just relax and when I feel like it, I stretch different parts of my body. It relaxes me very fast and helps very much with low-back pain. I am still experimenting with the PEMF settings and it is very interesting. It's not completely real to me how PEMF frequencies help me, but they do! The red light and infrared in the mat are pretty straighforward, but the PEMF frequency principles are new to me. Sometimes, I use the settings that promote relaxation, and sometimes the ones that promote focus and logical thinking. And amazingly, that is pretty much the results that I get!
