Classic Blackout Sleep Mask

The main reason I bought this is because a sleep mask is much cheaper than replacing all the curtains in the bedroom. It blocks light out effectively, there may be a teeny tiny bit of light coming through the nose but being such a low level it’s not an issue. The adjustable cups mean you don’t have to worry about whether it will fit or not. The strap is Velcro, thicker than the thin elastic strap on most other eye masks, that would be an individual preference, but for me I find elastic strap very uncomfortable although I never tried any expensive ones. It’s pretty light weight and comfortable but of course the best would be if I didn’t have to wear a sleep mask at all but that’s a trade off I chose to make.

I’ve been wearing a sleep mask for years — always ones I get off of Amazon and that I wear early in the morning when the sun starts shining in my windows.
